A classically trained executive chef and chef educator, Seattle-based Meredith Abbott fuels her passion for inspiring confidence in the kitchen with numerous culinary disciplines and an endless curiosity. As Culinary Director of Sur La Table, she oversees 23,000 annual cooking classes in-store, online, and in a YouTube series called On The Table. True to the Sur La Table mission, Meredith encourages building cooking skills that translate to a lifetime of celebration at the table.
